At Fit and Fuel, we offer a range of ladies-only fitness classes and personal training sessions for men and women to suit all levels, goals, and schedules – all held in a supportive, private environment in Hebburn.

All our group fitness classes are women-only, fun, and designed to challenge and empower you. Each class includes expert coaching, great energy, and a no-judgement vibe.

Do I need to be fit to join a class?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for women of all fitness levels. Whether you're a total beginner or more experienced, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
What should I bring to a class?
Just bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a positive attitude! If any specific equipment is needed, we’ll provide it – or let you know in advance.
How do I book a class?
All class bookings are managed through our LegitFit system (see the section above). Simply create an account, choose your class, and book your spot!
Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule your booking via LegitFit. Just be sure to check the cancellation policy for any time limits on changes.
Is the first class really free?
Yes! If you’re new to Fit and Fuel, your first class is completely free – no strings attached. It’s a great way to try it out and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Can I share my class pass with a friend?
Class passes are for individual use only. However, your friends are always welcome to book a free taster class or purchase their own pass.
How do I sign up for personal training?
You can message us directly through the Contact page, or speak to Libby after a class. We'll chat about your goals and get you booked in.
Where are the classes held?
All sessions take place in our private, ladies-only training space at 11c Victoria Industrial Estate, Hebburn, NE31 1UB. The address and directions will be sent to you when you register.
