One of the best decisions I've made was reaching out and joining Fit and Fuel. From first chatting with Libby everything just felt easy and fell into place. I’m working with Libby twice a week for personal training. She has listened to my goal and tailored the sessions to focus on what I want to achieve, sending me a session plan before each session to make sure I’m happy with it or whether I’d like to change anything. I was really nervous as I haven't exercised for a while, Libby was incredibly supportive and encouraging. The strength training was great and Libby adapted and demonstrated the exercise to accommodate my ability. The boxing exercises were really fun and the circuit training was well organised and varied with appropriate recovery time between each circuit. Absolutely not! Our sessions are tailored to your current level – we’ll build up gradually, at your pace.
