When Ashleigh first came to me, she was very nervous to start after having had negative experiences with fitness trainers in the past. Her main goal was to lose weight without letting it have a negative effect on her running. Together, we built a sustainable plan that combined structured training with tailored nutrition, helping her drop body fat while maintaining energy and endurance. The results have been incredible in just a few sessions Ashleigh reduced her body fat percentage from 29.51% to 26.39%, all while continuing to feel strong and progress in her running. Since then, she’s gone on to take part in multiple races and even hybrid competitions, after discovering a love for lifting heavy things, proving to herself just how far she’s come.
