  • You train on your own, with a fully personalised plan created for you
  • Check-ins, coaching, and progress reviews happen online
  • You can train anywhere, anytime
  • Support via messages, video calls or apps
  • Ideal if you’re self-motivated but want structure and guidance

💪 Face-to-Face Personal Training:

  • You train in person with your coach (like me!)
  • I’m there to correct form, motivate, and adjust your workout live
  • Sessions are scheduled in a private studio (or outdoors)
  • Great if you prefer hands-on support and live accountability

Both offer coaching – but the way it’s delivered is different.

1. Live, Hands-On Coaching

You’ll get immediate feedback on form, posture and technique – which is especially important for beginners or those recovering from injury.

It’s harder to quit mid-set when I’m right there cheering you on! In-person sessions are great for pushing yourself a little further.

3. Private, Supportive Environment

At Fit and Fuel, you train in a women-only private studio, so there’s no pressure, no mirrors, and no judgement – just support.

4. Personal Connection

There’s something really powerful about training in the same space together. For many clients, it’s a confidence boost as well as a physical workout.
