This women-only class is perfect if you want to feel strong, confident and energised – without stepping into a traditional gym environment. You’ll move through a dynamic mix of pad work, core training, resistance circuits and conditioning drills, all guided by expert coach Libby McKinnon, a qualified boxing coach and personal trainer.
