Looking for a workout that actually makes you feel good? Our women-only fitness classes at Fit and Fuel are built to empower – not intimidate. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it, or looking for a challenge, our classes are welcoming, energising and results-driven.

Led by Libby McKinnon – a championship boxer, certified personal trainer, and experienced coach – these sessions go far beyond generic group workouts. Every class is designed with intention: to help women get stronger, fitter, and more confident in their bodies.

You’ll train in a private, supportive studio in Hebburn, surrounded by women who are all working towards their own goals – and cheering you on as you work towards yours.

What to Expect From Our Classes

Our fitness classes are designed to be inclusive, dynamic, and seriously effective. Each one combines different training styles to give you a full-body workout that feels fun and challenging – without ever being boring or overwhelming.

Every session includes:

We currently run a range of weekly classes in Hebburn, with more on the way! Each session has a slightly different vibe – here’s a quick intro to what’s on offer:

🔹 Punch & Sculpt – A powerful mix of boxing and strength-based training to tone and condition your whole body.

🔹 Quick Hit – Fast, focused and effective! A 45-minute HIIT-style workout to get your heart rate up and metabolism firing.

🔹 HIIT Class – High-Intensity Interval Training that pushes your limits and builds endurance in a fun, group setting.

🔹 Fitness Class – A blend of cardio, strength and circuits – perfect for all levels.

🔹 Boxercise – A crowd favourite! Learn boxing skills while torching calories and building core strength.
