2. Getting Comfortable With the Space
If you’re training with me at Fit and Fuel, you’ll be in a private, women-only studio. There are no crowds, no mirrors, and no pressure to perform. I’ll walk you through the space, show you any equipment we might use, and give you a few minutes to settle in.
You’ll never be pushed to do something you’re uncomfortable with – this is about helping you feel safe and supported.
3. A Light Movement Assessment
Once we’ve chatted, we’ll do some simple movement assessments. These are not a test – they just help me see how your body moves so we can train safely and effectively.

- Simple resistance exercises with bands or light weights
Everything is scaled to you. And I’ll coach you every step of the way – with form checks, encouragement, and zero judgement.
5. Cool Down and Questions
At the end of the session, we’ll cool down with some gentle stretches and breathing. You’ll feel grounded, accomplished, and maybe a little sweaty (in the best way!).
We’ll talk through how it felt, what you enjoyed, and what to expect going forward. You can ask anything – no question is too small.
