About Me

Hi, I’m Libby.

I’m a coach working with adults and young people who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more consistent with their training without fitness taking over their life.

I support people at different stages, from adults returning to training after time away, to young people developing confidence, coordination, and good movement habits through structured strength and fitness sessions.

My approach is simple, supportive, and realistic. I focus on building consistency, improving movement, and helping people feel capable in the gym rather than chasing extremes or quick fixes.

As someone who used to be overweight, lacked confidence and was unhappy with my life, I fully understand the challenges that many face. My own experience with weight loss taught me that change doesn’t come from extremes or short-term motivation it comes from learning how to be consistent and supported over time.

That experience is one of the reasons my coaching focuses on realistic habits, confidence, and long-term progress rather than quick fixes.

Coaching is available in-person, online, and through youth strength and conditioning-style sessions that prioritise safe technique, confidence, and long-term development.

At Fit and Fuel, we offer personal training that’s completely tailored to YOU! Whether you’re looking for one-on-one or two-to-one sessions, we provide a private, fully-equipped gym to make sure you have the space and focus to achieve your fitness goals.

For those with busy schedules, our online personal training option gives you the flexibility to train wherever you are, with the same personalised attention and support through video sessions, workout plans and ongoing check-ins.
